Brian von Kraus
CEO
Brian served 15 years in the Marine Corps commanding infantry, reconnaissance, and special operations units on multiple combat deployments. After retiring in 2015, he joined the non-profit sector first working for Nuru International before founding FireWatch Solutions to protect those who do good. He built extensive experience developing private security agency solutions for organizations working in remote, austere, insecure locations.
In 2020, he chose to expand domestically bringing the high-risk expertise developed overseas to clients in the United States.
Marc Reiswig, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Reiswig is an Emergency Medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience. He’s been an Emergency Department Medical Director for many years, the Medical Director for EMS agencies, and the Medical Director for a large law enforcement agency. Currently, he serves as a SWAT physician for two agencies and a consultant for other law enforcement agencies.
Dr. Reiswig also provides casualty care training for law enforcement agencies around the United States, and was an invited speaker at the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference.
Blair Dell
Washington State Director / Chief Medical Advisor
Blair has over thirty years of operational medicine experience. As a member of Marine Reconnaissance and Marine Special Operations Command through four combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the FireWatch Solutions team.
After retiring as a Senior Chief in the US Navy in 2016, he has established himself as a subject matter expert in the industry supporting medical and security concerns. He volunteers as a member of the Washington State Patrol SWAT Team and travels extensively speaking and teaching on a variety of topics intended to empower people to –not only survive traumatic events, but to thrive.
Robert Gabrych
Arizona Security Director
Robert served in the US Marine Corps for over 20 years and carries a BS in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Arizona State University. His extensive field experience is complemented by formal training in executive protection, tactical emergency casualty care, protective operations, and covert protection.
Robert attended the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy in Phoenix, AZ and served as police sergeant and SWAT team member for 14 years.
Andrew C. Brown
Director of Human Resources
Andrew is a Human Resources professional with extensive administrative and management experience, including over 15 years with the United States Marine Corps and on multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and the Pacific. In short, he brings years of knowledge to the team.
In addition, Andrew has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Doug Jukich
Polygraph Technician
With 35 years of law enforcement experience in positions such as Officer, Detective, Sergeant, and SWAT Sergeant, Doug has investigated a variety of criminal cases. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, an Advanced California Police Officer Training Certificate from P.O.S.T., and is a Certified Polygraph Examiner through the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP) and California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE).
Doug owns a private polygraph practice in Southern California, which focuses on law enforcement/fire department pre-employment and attorney/client testing.
